Delete Account & Data

MacroMatrix FX lets you delete your anonymous app account, synced server-side records, and local device data.

Important: deleting your MacroMatrix FX app account does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. Billing is handled separately by Apple or Google. Cancel your subscription in the App Store / Play Store if you do not want renewal charges.

Delete Inside the App

Open Settings.
Scroll to Legal & Privacy.
Tap Delete Account & Data.
Confirm the deletion.

This removes the current anonymous app account and clears associated server-side records such as synced push tokens, alert-routing preferences, and local preferences stored on the device.

Delete by Email

If you cannot access the app, email 3xdey2ns@gmail.com with the subject line Delete MacroMatrix FX Data. Include any details that help us find your record, such as:

The platform you used (`iOS` or `Android`)
Your approximate last-use date
Your current subscription tier, if any

What Gets Deleted

Anonymous app account record
Synced push tokens and alert-routing preferences
Local app settings and cached preferences on the device after reset

What May Be Retained

Transaction and entitlement verification records retained for audit, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance where required
Anonymised crash or operational logs kept for limited retention windows
Subscription billing history held by Apple or Google under their own policies
